Updates

I'm sorry I haven't been posting a lot this year I was busy finishing up the school year. I  am in my third week of summer! The school year had gone by SO fast! For my genius hour I worked with my friends Emily and Lauryn on a running shoe project. We wrote a letter to a bunch of shoe companies(nike, reebok, under armour, new balance, ect.) asking for shoes to test. We receives 2 pairs for each of us from under armour and 1 pair for each of us from asics. We tested them on a bunch of activities. The pink and black under armour shoes got the majority of the best results. Our project ended up really well.
So far this summer I have done some basketball and volleyball camps. I totaled up how many hours of exersise I'm getting In a week(not including weekends) and 3 camps combined is 20 hours a week of exersise! That's a lot! Basketball Monday-Thursday is 7:30-9am, basketball Tuesday 7:30-9pm, and volleyball Monday-Friday 12:30-3pm.
After my dentist appointment in July I'm going to get braces): I don't want them but the sooner they get on the sooner they get off.
Well that's about it because it's 10:43 at night.... Have a great summer!!!

Volleyball game

Today I had two volleyball games. They were the best games I have ever played! My ball control was amazing according to the other members on my team that go to TMS that are in 8th grade that made the team least year and are most likely trying out again this year, and some other 7th graders that also go to TMS. Also 97% of my serves went over so I was really happy. In one of the games I was serving 24-24 we need to win by at least 2 points. I got the first serve over and got the point. My second serve also went over and the ball got returned but... we returned the return and WON! I was showered with high-fives like I did when I got other points in the game. I was just really happy that I had helped out team win. The only thing that was really better in this game than the others was my ball control. That was a really good game today. :)

100WC WEEK 6

Wind blew through my wavy chestnut hair. The air was thin and smelled like well, nothing. I was
soaring above the clouds in the basket on rainbow colored hot hair balloon. The view was stunning, mind-blowing, divine, magnificent, exquisite; anything that was prepossessing that you could think of.  There were fields miles wide with fresh green grass. Horses running freely in the meadows.
The sky was the color of gold, orange, and pink. The sun setting in the west. It was so beautiful.
I was looking down, I was surprised to see a 50 ft. T-Rex  feasting on...pies.

100WC WEEK 5

I was walking home carefully on the tan sidewalk with my new turtle. I finally got home and decided to make her look like a pumpkin for halloween. I got out my paint and quickly painted her shell orange with the brush. She looked really funny so I took a picture of her and posted it on instagram. I took my turtle's foot and wiggled it up and down at my sister so i looked like it waved at her. I put her in her tank and put her in front of the window so everyone could see her awesome costume.

100WC WEEK 4

On a cloudy day in Paris, I was taking a field trip to the Statues of Weird Art Garden Museum.
I saw gazillions  of multi-colored plants from 1 foot tall to 5 feet tall. In many shapes and sizes.
Then I descried a mammoth sized planting pot with  at least 6 giant pink legs with red and blue stripes. The pot's huge mustard colored, abnormal, freakish eyes were staring at me with
great dislike. Then it spoke in a voice that made my spine chill and my nerves freeze. Then he
said "A great force is hunting for you".

100 word challenge WEEK 3

I was running through the misty, dark alley off Thimblewood St., 5 minutes after it had rained. I could  feel the fog wrapping around my skin as if to say, 'Stay back', but I proceeded anyways. It was dark out, so I couldn't see a thing. As I was dawdling down the slanted alley, I heard a bone-chilling, spine-chilling, hair-raising, blood-curdling sound like nails on a chalkboard coming behind me. I started to scamper along the wet pavement when I heard the noise again. I started sprinting so fast I thought my legs would fall off. And then I saw a bright light coming right at me.

Dot day 9-13-13

So far Friday the 13th has been pretty fun, because of Dot Day.

In class today we had to make dots or art inspired from the book 'The Dot' by Peter H. Reynolds.
When had to right down what our mark that we are going to make this year is. Mine was to BE INSPIRED,volleyball and basketball. After I was putting a couple thumb prints on a dot drawing I drew, my finger tips were colorful but was that fare to the rest of my hand???? No. So that inspired me to make Gerald.

100 word challenge WEEK 2

Splash! Out of the water jumped a HUGE salmon colored fish, as I reeled in my fishing line.
As it got closer I could see the ragged yellow teeth the fish had. He glared at me
with his tennis ball sized, cat looking eyes. Then swam faster towards the middle of the
huge salt water sea. As I lifted up my rod the fish started to flip around in the air
and I could see his gills moving because he was trying to breathe. I Called my dad over
to see the ugly creature . He said

" That's a flesh eating wormfish".

My Passion

What I would want to do for hours on end in to be around horses. I would groom them, feed them, ride them, and be really nice to them. I would use the soft and hard brushes first. Then I would use the cury comb. After that, I would hose the horse down, put shampoo in the horse's mane and tail. Then rinse the shampoo off and then put in conditioner. I would then rinse the conditioner off and brush the mane, tail, and coat. After that, I would pick all the mud, grass, and any other stuff that is sticking to the horse's hooves.
I would feed them hay, oats, mash, and water. Every once and a while in a day, the horse would get carrots and apples for a snack if they were being good and/or if the need it.
I would be really nice to them so then they will like me and won't be mean. I would ride them because then they get exercise and so I can work on my horseback ridding on an English saddle. That is why I'd want to be with a horse 24/7.
